The Activist Reports, #4: Email to the Office for Global Affairs (of the US HHS)

I basically told them that the World Health Organization (WHO) has failed at least 4 of the 5 points in Article 21 of the Constitution of the WHO.

According to James Roguski—someone I consider a true investigative journalist—January 27th, 2024 is a key date. That’s when the World Health Assembly might miss a certain deadline. (I’m working on a Stack on this topic, and I hope to have it ready…tomorrow, the 26th.)

Anyway, in preparing for tomorrow’s Stack, I’ve been doing some light research into the World Health Organization and the topic of the proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations.

And then, last weekend, Roguski published a time-sensitive article, titled, It's Time To YELL At The U.S. Government.

In reading that article, my understanding was that the Office for Global Affairs (the “diplomatic voice” of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services), is in—or going to be in—some sort of negotiation with the WHO, about potential pandemics.

The Office for Global Affairs (which I’ll refer to as “the Office”) was receptive to public comment, and in a short video, Roguski urged his readers/viewers to submit comments (via email and video) to the Office by the deadline, which was 5 PM EST on Monday, January 22nd, 2024.

“Silence is consent,” he said.

For some reason, I felt that I had to submit a response—and not just a simple email, but go beyond that (which is why I also made a slide presentation and recorded it).

After all, I felt I had done enough research that I could give specific examples that show how the WHO may have failed to meet some of its own stated objectives.

And that’s what I set out to do.

To me, a key area was Article 21 of the Constitution of the WHO. Article 21 has 5 key statements (a to e):

My research had given me enough information where I could give specific examples where the WHO had either:

1. failed to establish proper guidelines, or

2. if they did establish guidelines, then those guidelines weren’t followed.

I decided to make a PowerPoint presentation and attach it to an email that I sent to the Office. (Actually, I sent an email from my Gmail account and one from my Proton account. The emails were more or less identical, with the key difference being a slight change to the subject line so that mine would stand out a bit.)

My PowerPoint had screenshots that felt would help me to convey my message.

This message is for the Office for Global Affairs, with regard to the Constitution of The World Health Organization and the Proposal for Negotiating Text of the WHO Pandemic Agreement.

I have attached a PowerPoint presentation, as well as a link to view some resources that back up my message.

The basic thrust of my message is that, “In order to move forward, we must recognize and acknowledge our past mistakes.”

In that vein, I feel that the WHO has made a lot of mistakes over the past few years. My PowerPoint presentation gives examples of these mistakes.

Article 21 of the Constitution of the WHO has 5 points (a to e).

My PowerPoint cites examples where the World Health Assembly failed to meet 4 of those 5 points.

I conclude by saying that, “I would not advise that any nation sign onto any binding pandemic agreements with the WHO.

The WHO has too many major failures that it needs to address.”

In addition to citing examples of how the WHO may have failed to meet at least 4 of the 5 points in Article 21, my PowerPoint presentation also touched on some other related issues:

• The Proposal for Negotiating Text of the Who Pandemic Agreement and a couple of issues I see (thanks to insight from Roguski)

• Transparency: the FDA wanted to slowly release vaccine trial data over a period of ~75 years. Why? Why not just release it at once? Did the WHO push for transparency?

• My concerns about potential genome modification.

• And probably the biggest health issue that’s facing us today. The fact that the World Health Organization isn’t even talking about this shows me that they’re failing to meet the principles stated on the very first page of their own Constitution.
