It's "Writ" Time!
If we can just get one state Governor to uphold the Law, just one...
Since you’re reading this, you know that there are various efforts to right the wrongs of the past few years, and to ban the mRNA nanoparticle injections from our towns, regions, provinces/states…and the rest of the world.
I’m sure you can think of a few such efforts. (The InPower Movement, World Council for Health, National Citizens Inquiry, and many more.)
There’s a growing consensus that the mRNA injections are bioweapons1.
Yet, the mRNA nanoparticle injections remain in our towns, ready to be used against our loved ones.
Many of us are not sure what to do next.
But not all is lost, because we’re building a foundation…
Four Days Ago
On Tuesday, March 5th, 2024, I was scrolling through my inbox when I saw an email from Ana Maria Mihalcea, MD, PhD. The subject line caught my attention:
“BREAKING: Writ of Mandamus Filed in Florida Supreme Court, Seeks to Com…”
I asked myself: A writ of mandamus?2
I had heard Cal Washington of the InPowerMovement mention that term, writ of mandamus.
(By the way, in the InPowerMovement, we don’t normally do, writs of mandamus. We focus more on Notices of Liability. But that’s for another time.)
Anyway, when I saw the term, writ of mandamus, I felt that this was something I should look into.
I opened the email, in which Dr. Ana said, “Fantastic news. Dr Sansone is a national hero. He is doing it because nobody else will. BRAVO! Please share this news everywhere.”
The body of the email was a re-post/forward of a Stack from Dr. Joseph Sansone.
The full title was BREAKING: Writ of Mandamus Filed in Florida Supreme Court, Seeks to Compel Governor DeSantis, and Attorney General Ashley Moody, to Ban the Jab!
I clicked on a link in the email and was taken to Sansone’s article.
At some point, I had to look up the definition. According to Cornell Law School, a writ of mandamus “is an order from a court to an inferior government official ordering the government official to properly fulfill their official duties or correct an abuse of discretion.”
Later that day, other emails arrived in my inbox, hailing Sansone’s work. One of these was from Karen Kingston, and if you’d like some more background information, I recommend reading her Stack3.

Why This Is Our Big Chance
To better understand the significance of this filing, I’ve listed the following 7 points:
All people, everywhere (Florida, in this case), deserve to live happily…without the threat of harm (specifically, from biological weapons).
Our public servants are there to protect and serve us. When our public servants are made aware of something harmful to us5, they should act swiftly to remove that harm.
Karen Kingston6, Dr. Ana Maria Mihalcea7, and many others have shown that the mRNA nanoparticle injections are bioweapons.
Although Floridians have been injured and/or tried to notify public servants8910, the injustice remains.
This is where the writ of mandamus comes in. Filing for a writ of mandamus is usually a later-stage legal process, and occurs after previous efforts (for example, point#4) have not been fruitful.
So, a writ of mandamus, in this case, would be an order from the Florida Supreme Court. The order would be given to government officials (in this case, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and Attorney General Ashley Moody) asking them to uphold the law.
How would they uphold the law?
They’d uphold the law by removing the mRNA nanoparticle injections.
People have painstakingly taken steps to build an unshakable foundation: the COVID-19 so-called “vaccines” were not shown to be safe11. Therefore, the mRNA injections must be removed.
If we can get Florida (or any state) to remove the mRNA nanoparticle injections, that’ll be a big win for all of us. The legal groundwork will have been paved, and others in other states should be able to use the Florida paper trail as a template to guide them.
(And then, we can reasonably expect that other states would follow suit.)
“Look, I've already decided I'm not going to allow this to continue. Now, one way or the other, these are going to be stopped. Now, whether this avenue works, if this doesn't work, we'll find another path. But this is going to stop. We're not going to let them kill our people anymore. It's that simple. Governor DeSantis, you need to do the right thing and pull these off the market immediately. These are weapons of mass destruction. You need to do this now.”

File an Amicus Brief
In the interview, the term amicus brief was mentioned.
As I understand it, an amicus brief is a legal procedure that can be done by anyone who supports this filing. You don’t have to be in the state of Florida to do this. However, I think an attorney has to file this (or help you file it).
I know that not all people will be in a position to do this, but if you’re an influencer, or you have access to a lawyer, and you feel strongly about this, I’d urge you to do it. (If you know any influencers or any like-minded leaders, consider asking them to do this.)
Unfortunately, there’s a very limited time to file an amicus brief: At the time I’m typing this (9 March 2024), there might be ~5 days left. (Not sure if that’s calendar days or business days.)

Previously, I was a free subscriber to Dr. Sansone’s Substack. Because I was so enthused by this (and because I knew I’d be asking my readers to support Dr. Sansone), I upgraded my subscription to a paid one.
I know that not everyone is in a position to pay for subscriptions, but even if you just subscribe for free, I think that would be great. As a free subscriber, you can get an idea of the path he’s traveled. That can be great for someone serious about doing this in their state. (But remember, unless prior legal steps have been taken, and proven unfruitful, filing for a writ of mandamus probably won’t be your first step.)
